The modern cruise sector is under a lot of pressure to become more and more sustainable with as little damage to the environment as possible. A lot of changes are being made to have the smallest impact, like getting rid of disposable plastics on the cruiseships.
With History Travels we make no exception when talking about these changes. Our ships are handmade and have only an on board motor for leaving the harbor. We only make use of your strength and the power of the wind to get to the right destinations. By doing all of this we aim to create a sustainable alternative for the modern cruises with an adventurous image. With our cruises you go 'back to basics' while experiencing the historical nature of our trips. 'Back to basics' also means that there will not be any superfluous luxury and especially nothing that can harm the environment.
